I am only giving them one star since I can leave a review if I leave 0 stars. I am beyond disappointed with the service in this store. My husband had purchased a Nintendo switch 2 for my kids, he went sometime in late April and made the long line outside the store to purchase the console before it was released, he was finally able to buy it (even for the Mario Kart bundle) and paid in full for it. When the time came to pick it up I had been keeping in touch with the store (spoke to a man named A.K) who had said because it was paid in full it would be ok to pick it up “late” I explained to him that we were out of the country due to a family emergency and unfortunately we would have to pick up a few days late, A.K assured me on our many phone conversations that my item was still there and that I could pick up when I arrived at the states. When I called the store to let them know my brother was on his way to pick up the console I was informed by Andy that A.K no longer worked there and that my console (although completely paid in full) was now GONE! They say the item was sold and there was nothing they could do now. They didn’t offer me any solution, a refund or a replacement. As a customer who has been shopping at GameStop for over 20 years I feel like I’ve been ROBBED! not only was the attitude of the staff member (Andy) terrible but I was LIED to and ultimately ROBBED! When I asked to speak to the manager or person in charge I was told by Andy that there is NO ONE in charge and that there is no contact info for the “regional manager” so I’m sure no higher up is aware of my horrible experience. Read moreVery unprofessional. These guys wasted my time due to them being very unorganized and under supplied. I was there for a Xbox bundle and was told they had enough bundles for us. We waited for a store manager who was on "lunch break" for 40 minutes, when really he was just hiding in the back of the store. Then when we were finally helped, the store didn't have certain items for the bundle like they said they had. They said I had to either go to another store or come some other time. Why waste my time by saying you have this avaible and then see that you don't when you finally pull the items. Very unprofessional and very amateur. With that said, don't visit the night staff, they clearly give two scheisses about your needs, and their attitude will rule Supreme once you enter with a monotone greet. Your questions will irritate them, and God forbid you attempt to strike a conversation with them. There's more entertainment at a semetary watching grass grow than to put up with the walking dead at this Game Stop. So stop with the store front act here and shut it down already GS.
