Well,Shall I be scared of that?As I said,I like this touchless carwash, and I get used to purchasing on the Way app since they still cooperate with Way app and have the advertisement on the site,I liked the monthly subscription and touchless activation of Way app(but recently technical issues appears often)and I have been coming back for car wash every week for 2years now as a regular and still being treated like this.
Too much stress and frustration to get a carwash here, the store(owner or manager)did not build efficient communication with Way app to help customers get the carwash service in a timely manner. And for the level of the emotional distress resulted by the level of abrasive behavior from the employee,I reserve my right to protect my consumer rights and interests and file the lawsuit against the store and Way app for future reference if there is another threat or we could not get helped with in a timely manner.
Tonight 05/23/2024 at 11:20pm.I was here for the car wash. The car wash wasn’t working,so I went to the front dest to get help. (App reading issue, but can be activated manually,it happened a few times, but I got helped with other employees before )The guy did not want to help. I paid the car wash. I did not want to argue, but I should’ve gotten my car wash since I paid for it. He just threatened me he would call police. What it for? Call police to kick a customer out ?It’s insanity. He was smoking outside the store all the time and did not have time to help me activate the car wash. What kind of employee is like this.Later he even came out smoking again and used the abusive language on me while I was in my car. You can’t imagine how rude and unprofessional he is. Other staff who used to work here are friendly. I’m a regular customer for this store,I had came here for car wash every week for around 2years. I never had been treated like...
Read moreIt's exciting to see something as simple as a gas station turned vegan. When you come here, it feels like you've stepped into a vegan world. There are end factory farming signs and information about the dairy industry on the gas pumps. Written large on the building is "All animals deserve to be free and happy" and "no animals terrorized." You can tell that they didn't just decide to cash in on veganism like so many other plant based businesses who are afraid to put any animal related referencing. 10% of proceeds go to various charities (you can find the list on their website).
Hangry Planet is a decent size with plenty of snacks and toiletries to choose from. Not only do they bring in various vegan brands, but they bring in a wide range of flavors and options within the brands. There's even a Bitcoin ATM, Icee machine, and "Immersive" car wash experience if you need any of that. The immersive experience seemed to be broken when I tried it, but I'm curious to try again sometime.
For the sake of getting people trying vegan businesses, I'm actually glad that they still sell lotto tickets, cigarettes, etc. Because either way, people are going to go to gas stations for those needs, and this is the WAY better option for...
Read moreThe day old donuts are labeled now. The other pastries I've tried were better the second time around.
As far as your response. Yes, humans have a choice and animals do not. But it's the same battle economically, supply and demand. Half of the battle is increasing demand for vegan products and the other half is reducing supply of non-vegan, non healthy options.
I respect your business model. I hope you can move forward on getting rid of such negativity in your otherwise positive store
I want to love this place but I got some issues:
Cons - They sell beer, cigarettes and scratchers!! The donuts are stale, the cookies and pastries are not great. The vibe is not great even though they try sooo hard.
Pros - lots of vegan stuff, the breakfast sandwiches were hot, good and fairly priced.
I wish this place would really level up on the donuts and pastries. Stale donuts and bad pastries arent doing vegans any favors.
Plus, to talk about cruelty to animals and then in the same breath sell death to humans via alcohol, cigarettes and loto tickets rings...
