Overpriced goods with disappointing customer service.
After reading other Google reviews, it seems I’m not alone in experiencing issues with this store selling damaged items and not taking responsibility.
I recently purchased a pair of jean shorts for $74 + tax. After wearing and washing them, I noticed damage on the seam. Upon closer inspection, I found fabric tape along the seam, indicating the shorts were already damaged when they were sold to me.
I brought the shorts back, hoping for a resolution, possibly even store credit. However, I was told there was nothing they could do, which was frustrating given that I had only had them for a short amount of time and washed them according to the care instructions.
While I understand policies about worn items, I expected a bit more understanding in this situation, especially since the damage appeared to predate my purchase. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed by the service and lack of accountability.
If you’re looking for better customer service, there are other stores in the area, such as on Melrose, that offer similar products but with a better track record of handling customer concerns. I would not recommend...
