Disney Store — Attraction in San Diego

I recently purchased a product from this store, but unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty and stopped working within just one day of use. When I attempted to return the item, I was simply directed to the return and exchange policy without any genuine concern or effort to resolve the issue. What's even more disappointing is that the manager refused to speak with me, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable explanation for the poor quality of the product and a fair solution. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to listen to customer concerns is alarming. I was just at this location with my boyfriend and we always come here, spend a lot of money on Disney and the stores. We were walking around showing each other things normal shopping but we were constantly being asked if we needed help and being followed around the store. We get to the register and the girl checking us out right in front of us said "yes they are going to actually pay" and there was only 1 person behind us. As much as I love disney this store is horrible. First one of the shelves fell down on my ankle and left an instant bruise. One lady came over and said I get that and started putting shelf back up. Then she asked if I was ok and I said well it landed on my ankle and it hurts now and all she said was I'm sorry. Then I went to checkout and the cashier charged me for 2 of the same items when I only got one. So I will never return to that store and will tell everybody I know not to go...
