I recently purchased a product from this store, but unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty and stopped working within just one day of use. When I attempted to return the item, I was simply directed to the return and exchange policy without any genuine concern or effort to resolve the issue. What's even more disappointing is that the manager refused to speak with me, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable explanation for the poor quality of the product and a fair solution. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to listen to customer concerns is alarming. We were walking around showing each other things normal shopping but we were constantly being asked if we needed help and being followed around the store. We get to the register and the girl checking us out right in front of us said "yes they are going to actually pay" and there was only 1 person behind us.
