Good luck getting warranty coverage, it's a scam to get you to buy, they won't back it up. 5 years into a 25 year warranty with aching backs and warranty denied because it has "normal body impressions". So I guess normal means your mattress does not have to continue being comfortable so that you can sleep on it. I bought a mattress 5 years ago and it's been great until recently. Over the last few months the mattress begun to sag on each side and both of us wake with aching backs. I noticed that if I roll to the middle of the bed, the support is tremendously better than it is on the sides so there is definitely sagging on each side, whether it's from the mattress or the box springs, who knows, I left that up to Jerome's to figure out, they should be the experts. The 25 year warranty they touted when I purchased the mattress was a huge reason why I bought it, good price and long warranty. Little did I know they had no plans to back it up. Well, first is the customer service trying to push off the warranty to other companies. I bought the mattress from Jerome's, it's called a Jerome's Gel Pedic mattress, yet the warranty is processed through a different company as if Jerome's themselves isn't liable for the warranty on their own product. Next after getting the run around from a customer service rep that obviously just wanted to push me off to another company so they would not have to do the work, I finally get them to get the warranty process started. An inspector comes out, takes a few simple measurements and pictures, not very thorough as the only measurements are across the middle of the bed, and send the info to the manufacturer. About 10 days later I get a letter in the mail denying the warranty - normal body impressions - too bad. Run through hoops, take time off work so an inspector can do some measurements that are not specific to your issue and wait for them to deny the warranty. I will never buy from them again and plan to share my experience with everyone I know, maybe even hang out in front of some stores with a sign to warn customers before they get duped into a warranty that Jerome's does not back up. DON'T TRUST THEM, THE WARRANTY IS A SCAM.

I purchased a beautiful dining set online June 8th and paid in full, to which I received an estimated delivery date mid-July, after not receiving any updates I checked the order status on July 16th to find that the order had been moved out to mid-August. This did not sit well with me given the amount paid ($1,664.27) for the dining set and the fact of no communication from any Jeromes rep. regarding the merchandise delay. I called the customer service line on three occasions only to be placed on hold for 36 minutes and then hung up on, next I tried calling the local store in my area(Scripps Ranch) to no avail (no one answers no matter what time of day I called). I then went into the local store July 31st to cancel the order and was informed by management that a decision had been made to take a pending instore order and deliver it to me by Monday August 2nd. The table was delivered August 2nd, but it was damaged (delivery personnel departed prior to a complete inspection). The damage to the table was subtle, which could easily be missed which made me think that this table came from the bloopers center. And here I thought getting the dining set delivered was a challenge, I’ve been to the store twice since delivery of the damaged table. The first complaint was the very next day August 3rd and the next trip was August 7th. Yet all I’ve gotten is the round around. First, I was told the Repair Center would be in contact with me within 5 to 7 days, the second time I was told it takes up to 14 days. I just wanted a brand-new Dining Set. The sad part about this whole ordeal is a bought the matching Display Cabinet and Server and wanted to have a complete matching set. So disappointed by the lack of concerns for a well-established customer, I’ve spent well over $30,000 at Jeromes over the course of 15yrs and even purchased a table for my son on the second return to the store, but at this point, that is the last penny that I will consider spending at Jeromes, (even though I was considering the Truss sofa sectional, I may have to find a similar sofa elsewhere)!

Avoid this place at all costs!! Only go to this store if you want your hard earned money to go in vein. They send damaged, old, used, and torn products, and do NOTHING when you complain. I bought a recliner sofa and loveseat for ~$3100, the most expensive item for our new home. What we got looked ancient and wrinkled, nothing like the showroom model (see 4 photos of store item, vs 3 photos of the item when it was delivered 4 days after). The delivery guy said the wrinkles would go away in a few days. It's been over a month, and it still looks like trash. I called these scammers within 3 days of the item delivery. The first call, the lady refused to help, even though I just wanted someone to fix the wrinkles, not return the item. Then, over the email, someone named Rosa promised an inspection, but no one showed up. When I followed up, to my surprise, she said the management thinks the sofa is fine. Even when the store sent a photo of the showroom model to the customer care team, which looks nothing like what we got. I'm attaching the photos of the sofa and it's up to you guys to decide to visit them or not for your next purchase. After endless back and forth, I'm taking them to small claims court to get my money back. Oh, and their delivery guys are thieves. The box was bigger than my apartment door so my wife asked the delivery person to remove the box and put the sofa inside out door. Well, yeah, the delivery person asked another $100 to remove the box from the sofa when the charges included ~$100 for the an 'INHOUSE' delivery. Lastly, beware of their fake reviews and fake reviewers who just have a one or two reviews submitted in google. The service is determined how you resolve the customer issue, not by how good looking products you show in the store and their service is nothing less than pathetic. Check all Yelp and TrustPilot reviews of the people, who received a damages product, and how these scammers responded.

Trust me, after reading my review you might reconsider shopping here at Jerome's.

I too, was just like some of the many customers just wanting something nice at affordable price. I wanted to trust the advertisement, trust in the many positive reviews, but I'm going to tell you the REAL truth!

My husband and I just moved into a new city and we needed new furniture specifically a couch that could seat three people also a dining table.

These two items seem very simple enough in the showroom they were decently advertised and our sales associate was very insightful and friendly.

Here's the issue: After you purchase your items the date that they tell you your items will be delivered will not in fact be that time or date based off of their shipping complications.

It took Jerome's a month to deliver our items when they told us that it would be delivered within 2 weeks.

Okay, we got over that. There's nothing that we can do since it is a delay in the delivery due to COVID.

Now for the second issue: Unfortunately, our table has damage sections on the day that it was delivered.

This is at no fault to the delivery team, but specifically Jerome's manufacturer. We know it wasn't the delivery team's responsibility because we were there the moment they unpacked it and carried it to our apartment. We watched them every step of the way. It was basically how the product was packaged, which created the damages.

The moment we noticed the damages (2-3 day after the delivery date) we contacted Jerome's multiple times. Let's say about three or four times. Around the 4th attempt of the office representative said that somebody will call us back... WITH NO RETURN CALL WE DECIDED TO DRIVE UP THERE TO GET A SOLUTION. When we arrived we spoke to the Office Manager Fransisco Saldana. He instructed us to send pictures of the damages via email (these pictures which were taken the day of delivery). So we have a record of that. He reassured us that the damages would be replaced and taken care of as soon as they were able to get the part in stock. He mentioned that someone will contact us to let us know that it's ready to order. That was back in June 2020!!!

Now for some reason my husband called January 6th 2021 and they apparently don't have a record of our replacement order for the damage part of our table?!

So, here we are in January and we still have not had our item replaced and we're still trying to figure out how to do that.

I'm sorry this review is extremely long, but I wanted someone to know our story so they can make a better decision if they want to invest in this company.

"I'm so sorry this happened to you both, and we would like to make this right." These may be the words that a Jerome's representative may comment right below my post. We appreciate the sentimental words, but unfortunately that is not enough to remedy our situation.

We paid you JEROME'S in full and on time. And this is the type of service that we receive??? I don't think our money is good here ...I don't think anyone's money is good here if they are to expect to receive that type of customer support. And with gratitude we will not be...

I ordered a dining set from Jerome's which was expected to arrive between 4:30-8:30 pm at my new apartment yesterday. The driver showed up about 20 minutes earlier than expected, which wasn't a bad thing. I told the driver my husband was on his way, and asked him if he was allowed to leave the package at my front door or if he required a signature. The driver told me he could just leave it at the front door for me.

My husband arrives and the package isn't there. When I call the driver back he tells me he placed it in someone else's garage. I told him I didn't know anyone in that neighborhood because I haven't moved in yet, so I haven't met any of my neighbors. He told me some random person, who doesn't even know who I am or which apartment I live in offered to take my package for me. Please tell me in what universe is it even remotely appropriate to hand over people's packages to complete strangers?

I was routed to customer service who told me the package was given to a different apartment or garage number and my husband ended up going on a goose chase to try to find out who owned the garage number they were referring to.

A manager, Cassandra at the Scripps Ranch location, reached out to me via text because I was giving bad feedback on their survey. She insisted my package was delivered to the right address asking me to provide photos of my apartment to prove they are different.

I sent her the photos and kept telling her I need a manager to call me, which she kept putting off. Eventually the driver came back, retrieved the package from the random neighbor they gave it to, and brought it to my husband. He then took a second photo of delivering it to the right apartment, and THEN Cassandra chose to call me.

She was rude and basically played dumb, pretending like she was confused as to why I was upset since the package was delivered to the right place and she sent me the second photo. I told her off because she was trying to play it off as if there had been no mishap in the first place, and that I had no reason to be frustrated.

The driver admitted he had made a mistake and customer service confirmed it had been delivered to the wrong place. Yet this person wanted to play it off as if it had been delivered to the correct address and that I had been upset over nothing. When I forced her to acknowledge that this delivery had been handled poorly and my package could have easily been stolen this way she basically said "well what do you want, it's been fixed now and mistakes happen."

This was a lousy and unnecessary experience that left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be purchasing from Jerome's again...
