products are nice...great selections and deals. I was able to get a bag and shoes with super discount 70 percent. Why 3 out 5???lack of service. I reside in Arizona and drop in to buy something there where two ladies and male on the back they sure did not have customers service. The two ladies were in a very intense conversation with each other. And when I took one shoe laces off the shoe the sales lady told me that I should have not done that until I paid for it....I did it to make sure I loved the shoes (which I did buy). At the end of taking care by myself with minim help from the ladies I bought the shoes and bag ( betty boop white and black) I am surprise that Coach Store Outlet or MK have better customer services when there quality does NOT COMPARE MJ. Especially MK ---THE STORE HAD BETTER SELECTION AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPERIOR. The manager of the Store should do his or her job and take care of the employees so they can offer...

Horrible customer service by a girl named Valentina M. Her attitude and body language was very unprofessional. No smile from her just straight answers. You can tell she did not want to be there and I honestly do not understand why she is even there if she doesn’t like what she does. To be in consumer service you need to have people service skills and this girl did not. She made the atmosphere of the store really bad and made us feel uncomfortable. For a high end brand they should have friendly people working that want to sell and make a unique experience for the customer. I hope you guys as a brand can talk to her and make her realize that she can’t act that way with customer on the job. She will truly make your store suffer if you don’t take action....

Two guys were there last night and they were rude, I felt like they judge me with their sight and also asking me “have you bought Marc Jacobs before” it felt very demeaning.. so I left instead of buying.. I didn’t even receive a welcome to the store, the environment was ugly. Never judge someone by the way they look, there is people that have money and don’t dress like they want to show up, it’s mean to denigrate people by the way they look, talk or whatever even if they are going to buy or not. Costumer service 0...
