I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. From the moment I walked in, the attitude of the staff was shockingly poor. It felt as though they had no interest in helping customers or ensuring a positive experience. I approached the front desk to ask a simple question, and the staff member looked visibly annoyed, barely acknowledging my presence. When they did respond, their tone was curt and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome.
The overall environment was uninviting, and it seemed as though the staff was more focused on their own conversations than on assisting guests. I also noticed several instances where other customers were treated similarly—questions were answered with impatience, and any requests were met with sighs and eye-rolls. It was uncomfortable to witness, let alone experience firsthand.
Adding to the frustration, the quality of service was equally poor. Despite waiting patiently for assistance, I was left standing for an unreasonable amount of time, only to receive minimal help. When I finally did get service, it felt rushed, as if they were just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible.
It’s rare to encounter such consistently poor service, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority here. I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value good customer service, I would advise looking elsewhere. We walked to the cashier and waited like 2 min while two of the employees were literally bot doing anything but standing around having a personal conversation while we waited. After the 2 min. One of the girls whom I didn't catch her name finally came over to ask us what we wanted while the other employee by the name of Alejandro kept talking. He was wearing a different shirt, so I'm not sure if that was the manager. The food was served pretty quickly. The table we chose was the cleanest but still dirty. I asked the girl if I could have some napkins to clean the table and instead of saying that they would clean it, she just gave me napkins while still talking to Alejandro. I then observed another customer come in. Also wait about 3 min. to place his order while all four employees were behind in the kitchen area talking and on their phones. That customer walked out. A couple walked in shortly after that to place an order and the dame result, employees in the kitchen area standing around not working and people waiting to place an order. We all literally had to wait u til it was convenient for the employees to finish their conversation. Worse customer service even... and they want to get paid more!!!! It's definitely not worth the...
Read moreWell I being here 4 times since there inauguration day. 3 of the 4 times i had an order they always forget to give 1 item that I requested. In one order they failed, I could give them an exception because it was a busy day so normally when you work under pressure sometimes things don't come out as you planned, so I understand. The other 2 orders where at night time and they didn't have to much clients, between 2 to 4 including myself. So I don't have any excuses for that. All food has been great cooked and the place looks and is clean, so far. Well this has been my experience so far, might be different for other consumers like anything.
