MM TRAFFIC SCHOOL — Attraction in San Diego

I got my first ticket about 2.5 years ago and I procrastinated in doing driving school so it wouldn’t show on my record. I ended up completing the course a day too late. I called MM Traffic School to ask for any advice. A guy answered the phone right away (I wish I remembered his name) and he advised me to submit a letter to the judge at the courthouse. When I went in I was told a point was already reflecting on my driving record, so I asked for a form to write the letter. MM Traffic School later sent me a notification that my letter was successful! It was all thanks to their care. They went above and beyond right off the bat without me having to provide a sob story.

I still get emails from them about law updates which I enjoy to read. One of those emails prompted me to leave a well deserved review I hadn’t done...

MM traffic school has horrible customer service. Had an appt today at 430pm. I show up and can't find suite 11. I asked a couple of other businesses in the same building and they didn't know where this traffic school was at. So I call and it goes straight to voice-mail. After walking around this labyrinth of a building I gave up. Finally was able to get ahold of someone. They say they are coming out to get me. 10 minutes go by and nothing. Finally decided to just leave. Very unprofessional service and setting of the business. There is plenty of other traffic schools. I highly recommend you stay away.Btw I wasn't the only one lost. I was referred to from San Diego Ticket Fighter for the class. The online course was REALLY informative. Everyone should take the course just to freshen up with state traffic laws. I had done the course online in one sitting. I signed up for confirmation. That way I know that it will be sent to the court. I had gotten the court houses mixed up. MM traffic Court called me to verify the right court house, and it was so nice. They were ontop of it. The lady managing the phones named Zae was amazing! She explained the process and wanted to make sure it was sent to the correct court house. She was super informative and polite and made the experience worth doing!...
