Northpark Properties — Attraction in San Diego

Update (July 2024): After three years, there is finally somebody regularly in management office. Whoever is working that day is always amazing. However, corporate refuses to upkeep the property. Currently, we are dealing with thousands of flies and rotting fruit in our court yard from the palm trees that they have been refusing to have maintained for the last two months. We also regularly deal with homeless people camping in our parking spots and laundry room. Corporate management seems deaf to residents complaints.

Update: the office claims to be open 7 days a week. I go by daily and the office is maybe open 1-2 days a week. The phone number provided in their response directs to an automated phone line, not to property offices.

It’s roomy AF! Really cool design/architecture! They just Release their seasonal Oktoberfest. They nailed it I chug two of those stains you see on the picture. Their new Haleys comet is bomb! It’s got mango flavor but not heavy. Cool place to hang out in North Park. If you happen to be down south they also have a location in imperial Beach. It’s definitely a coastal vibe it’s right on the beach and even if you’re born and raised here you don’t go to imperial Beach much it’s the new spot to kick it very low-key beach fight. We have been living here now for a year and a half and nothing has changed. We’ve had two water leaks so far. Whenever you need to schedule maintenance to come out, they never show up so you have to reschedule and hope that they show. When you call the office they have no recollection of ever scheduling anything. Our front gate has been broken for 5 months so any stranger can waltz right in.
