Walked in the door the older lady with a horrible curly blonde turned and looked at me directly, I said hello, she turned around didn't utter a word. I browse and find 2 mugs that I liked. I get to the register she asks if I had a rewards number, I stated no- she didn't bother to explain. She rings up my mugs and sits them on the counter. I asked for a bag she acted as if I could not have one saying I'll show what I have- a huge pink bag- that's perfect I think. She puts the mugs in the bag with an attitude. I say thank you she doesn't say a word. As a first time shopper to this very nice LGBTQ+ safe space I didn't feel very welcomed and will probably never return. Moral if you can't get the customer what they need within reason and be friendly to ALL you probably shouldn't work in customer facing customer service. Do better Teri- the right customer can change your life!

No bathroom, no dressing room, no returns or exchanges, and tries to sell crap like unusable jeans with the hole in the crotch for $12? No thank you. Their “dressing room” is a curtain in the corner of the main shopping area. Not sure who’s comfortable w a curtain between you and a bunch of strangers.

The drop off for donations says 10am, you have to call the store almost every time to get them to open the back to donate. I arrived at 10:10 and called. Then the associate said they were just touching base right now. It is 10 min of me waiting for them to open the back door.

Have not been to store here in San Diego hence the 4 stars, my chief complaint is we scheduled well over 2 weeks in advance for a donation pickup got an email 1 day before our scheduled time gave me a 2 hour window of pickup time after waiting an hour past the scheduled time Never showed up I called the dispatch department explained the problem he said he would get back to me as soon as he heard back from the store. 1 hour later no call so I called back and what do you know it goes straight to their voicemail left a message waited another hour called again and voicemail again. I'm easy all it would of taken was a call back I would of rescheduled you need better...

I have just recently discovered that you have this franchise in San Diego. Having visited first the original one in L.A, and later the ones in San Francisco, I am so GREATFULL for your stores to have allways such GREAT associates. I had the pleasure of getting help through out my shopping experience by Andre. Not only do I appreciate the incredible down to earth sensibility toward my needs, but also the extra care he took in making sure I had all my expectations meet. That left me Such a pleasant feeling that I will make sure I will return again next time I am in...
