I recently discovered this incredible deli called Deli Llama and I have to say, it's hands down the best deli spot I've ever been to in my life. I have tried almost every sandwich on the menu, and each time I order, it continues to amaze me. The Deli Llama has done an amazing job with their sandwich creations because every single sandwich I try becomes a new favorite! What's also exciting is that their soups are different every day! So, every time I order from Deli Llama, I get to try something new and delicious. It really adds an element of surprise to my meal. I have to mention how friendly the staff is. Jason and Austin are extremely helpful in picking out a sandwich to satisfy my cravings for the day! They always greet me with a smile and genuinely make me feel welcome. This place is good! I really really enjoyed myself here when I stopped in after some errands in Hillcrest. The sandwiches were so unique and the bread some of the freshest I've had in some time! I got The Illusionist, which I was told would be spicy and although I didn't find it very spicy it was VERY good! They also carry soup which in my mind is so hard to find! I didn't get any but, asked which soups she had that day and I was told Chicken and Dumpling, second choice being Mushroom Brie. Both sound out of this world! The french bread was some of the best I've had in awhile, it wasn't too hard on the outside but, had a good crust and it was easy to bite.
