We go to this playground almost every day but it is very sad to see that Balboa Park administration is not cleaning this playground ever. There is a lot of trash in wood chips and all around slides and under slides and by swings. One of the slides is almost never used because it is very steep and kids can hurt themselves on it. There used to be trashcans that stopped working. They have been removed and never replaced. Also, I am not sure what genius designed it but the soft rubber surface ends abruptly and sand starts so there is about 5 inches difference in between them.
