Worst Park in the city. It has a beautiful view, it's right on the water, has a playground for kids, it's a great place for parties and picnics, everything there is fantastic. So maybe you're wondering why it's awful??? well a little over a year ago someone with the city of San Diego or the Port District, I'm not sure who, decided they would make the parking lot a pay parking lot. They charge you by the hour and it's enforced heavily. Not very conducive to a public park. The grass is green AND clean the park tables are made of cement (I like these better because of spiders) My G-son had a fun catching lil crabs and I shown my lil Cupcake how to fly a kite. The people were friendly and the restrooms were decent. The view continually attractive. A serene and pleasant place to be. I don't have a car so I had to get a bus there. One bus, 15-25 minutes, bus stop was right across from there. I had like a...
