Harbor Greek Cafe — Restaurant in San Diego

On my 3rd visit yesterday, I had the mixed plate with chicken and lamb kabobs including side Greek salad with feta cheese & Kalamata olives. The chicken was the best quality I've had all year, succulent, juicy with great seasonings.

There is alot of food for under $15 and it filled me up for the whole day.

Service as usual was perfect.

This is my favorite Greek restaurant in San Diego and they also do delivery and beer.

2nd visit I had the mixed plate with lamb, beef kabobs(onions, peppers), gyro and side salad.

It was even more delicious than the first time. Everything was cooked perfectly, juicy and tasty. The salad had alot of my favorite Kalamata olives and feta cheese.

Service was very fast and everything hot and fresh from the grill.

The staff is extremely gracious and courteous like the 1st time.

This is still my favorite Greek restaurant in San Diego.

They draw a large lunch crowd but stay open for dinner and deliver to around 9pm

Highly recommended immediately next door to the Starbucks.

right on the end of the Liberty Station complex off Lanning next to Starbucks. There is ample parking in the Station lot. It is across the street as well from the Point Loma Naval Base Annex.

I had the Owner recommended Greek Combo(lamb/beef gyro mea and chicken) which was amazing...one of the best Greek meals I've had in years. The white meat chicken was succulent, juicy and in a generous portion with the gyro lamb meat and tzaziki sauce.

For $15 it is alot of food with a very nice greek side salad.

Service is excellent and fast-it was ready in under 15 minutes(I see why they get so much business from the military base)alot of great quality food at a very reasonable price.

Harbor is now my favorite Greek restaurant at reasonable prices...

Why is there no option for ZERO stars? Anyway, placed an order for delivery, via Grubhub, got an update that the delivery time was changed to about 10-15mins later. No biggie. Then, I get a call from someone at Grubhub that I am NOT getting my order because the restaurant is closed. What!? Why did the restaurant AND Grubhub take my order if the restaurant was closing. Yet, they kept updating the tracking system that my order was in the process of being made and delivered. Grubhub "claims" they will refund my debited charge in 5 days...but the app shows that my food was delivered??? How can that be? I'm sitting here hungry! A complaint will be made to a certain government official and to the Better Business Bureau. Don't take an order, tell someone it's coming and then close your restaurant for the evening. VERY. POOR. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. Never will I order from this place again and I will make certain to tell everyone that I know...

If you need a caterer look no further! Harbor Greek Cafe is the place you want. Mathew and Jahanny were phenomenal in communications via email, phone and texting providing an estimate in writing, making sure we had enough food for our event and were meticulous in all details leading up to the day. The price point was on target for us as a non-profit organization. It is so hard to get things just right when it comes to food for large groups, especially chicken that tends to dry out and overcook when kept warm over sterno. Let me tell you - IT WAS OUTSTANDING!! Everything was on point: chicken kabobs, veggie kabobs, spanakopita, rice, Greek salad, hummus, tzatziki and pita were delicious! We will absolutely use them again. Thank you to Jahanny especially, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect...
