It's my first time here. My friend invite us for a play date. It was super busy. They need more cash register. It's super crowded. Toys are like all over the place. Kids bring stuff toys and blocks and put it in the ball pit. I am tossing the ball to my son. I found wooden blocks, cars and stuff toys. They should put a rules. Toys should stay in the same room. Lego pieces was all over the place. I step on it and it's painful. Riding toy animals was in the middle of the hallway. No staff saying anything about the kids climbing on the brown and yellow slide. I have to tell some kids to get off. I told some kids no diving on the ball pit. My kids have fun. But they need more staff to watch the place. I am concern of my son safety. He step some wooden block on the ball pit. It hurts his foot. I put some ice pack on it as soon as we get home. It was super hot inside. I am sweating. The temperature was hot. I thought there was an air conditioning on the area. They need to monitor the kids taking the toys out from each room. Not to bring it to the ball pit. There's was an electric fan under the play ground. The kids was trying to hug buzz lighter and grabbing on his costumes. I feel bad for him. They should make a rules. Do not touch or hug or grab the mascot of the day. All mix up toys are in the ball pit. Even the dress up stuff was in the ball pit. They need to apply rules in every room. So it will be safe to everyone. I trip on the riding rubber piece animals. I hold on the wall. They shoud limit how many people can go in at the same time. It's overwhelming experience for me. But as long as my kids are happy. I am good. But I am not happy. Toys scattered every where. No place to seat down by the ball pit. They should at least put some chairs. So parents can seat down. No Snacks for adults or kids. No water station. We can't bring our back pack inside. I am not sure if I am coming back again. I hope they sanitize the ball pit areas. It found so many lost items in there. It's a weird experience for us. I hope they can fix the problems. The people who finish and try to check out. Have to go back in the line again to tell they are checking out. They should have one check out stand by the glass display areas. So the traffic will flow...

Thank you so much to the owner for building an indoor playground and experience center for children. No more long drive far away to find one. This is huge.
What really sets this place apart from everywhere else:
It’s very clean (I get its new, so I’m hoping this remains a priority!) They actually have staff that walk around, watch to make sure no one is getting hurt or hurting others, and frequently cleans. It’s sock only once you walk in for both parents and children (I never understood why other places allow shoes for parents). The jungle gym/ball pool is beautiful, and feels much larger than it looks in the pictures. The entire place actually the pictures don’t do it justice. There are so many different experiences and zones to explore. We spent 2 hours here, but could have easily spent more. It’s targeted for smaller kids, which means no large kids running over the little ones. I’d say the average age we saw was 4-5 years old. Parents are allowed to participate in the play structure and ball pool - meaning quality time with your kids instead of a bunch of parents sitting at tables on their phones. I think the intentional lack of seats encourages this and I think it’s a brilliant idea. They provide slipper shoes for the bathrooms The bathrooms have multi size toilet seats for kids at different levels of potty training and are all individual rooms. The aesthetic of the entire place is unique and sparks imagination There is an easy to access parking lot. You reserve 2 hour slots, which I’m hoping are limited, because while it was crowded, it didn’t feel too crowded The website is really easy to use and pay and make reservations
I could go on. We had so much fun. You could tell all the love that went in to...
Read moreTiny Tiger is a indoor playground that was a fantastic experience for the three little ones I brought with me (ages 3, 7, and 9). The facility is super clean, well-organized, and packed with a variety of activities. There is several play areas with different themes that kept the kids occupied for the 4+ hours we were there (the kids wanted to stay longer).
One of the highlights was the average age of kids playing was less than 6 years old so I didn't have to worry about my child being constrainted to one area of the facility or being trampled on by larger kids. There is dedicated toddler areas but during my visit I observed all parents allowing their children to explore all play areas because the average age of the kids was much lower than other indoor playgrounds I have visted. The staff was very friendly and attentive, ensuring that the environment was secure and enjoyable for everyone. There was actually an excessive amount of staff throughout the facility to ensure the kids were playing safely, equipment was functioning, play areas and toys were cleaned, and the wait at front counter to check-in or purchase food/drink was minimal.
I wouldn't say this is a downside but I wouldn't recommend if all the kids in your family are over maybe 8 years old. It is great if the siblings range in ages between 3-10 because they can play with each other but I don't feel the facility is large enough or designed to accommodate 10+ age kids.
Overall, Tiny Tiger a great place for kids to burn off energy and for parents to have a stress-free outing. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and safe...
