I brought in quite a few pieces—three necklaces (two needed new clasps, one had a broken clasp I really wanted to keep), three silver rings that needed resizing, and a platinum tennis bracelet from Brilliant Earth that other places told me couldn’t be resized. Edwin knocked every single piece out of the park. The rings were perfectly enlarged and polished to a shine—I wasn’t expecting that, and they honestly look brand new. The necklace clasps are flawless and blend right in, and Edwin was able to repair the broken clasp on my David Yurman necklace while keeping the original. Most impressive was the tennis bracelet—other shops told me resizing wasn’t possible, but Edwin made it look absolutely seamless. You can’t even tell it was touched. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the pricing was more than reasonable. Everything came back looking even better than when I dropped it off. Edwin is absolute craftsman. I came to him with an impossible task that multiple jewelers told me wasn’t possible. We had an old family heirloom ring that needed to be reset so I could give it to my fiancé and ask her to marry me. It was cracked and damaged and a very high risk project. First time visit, found the listing for watch battery repair in search and it was in walking distance. Super friendly service (I was with a 9month old also) on the spot he offered to fix my watch and told me to wait. I waited maybe 2 minutes, at maximum, and my watch was up and ticking away. I was expecting to come back next week and pick it up, like I did in the FiDi. I regretfully didn't have much cash on me coming back from 'baby music and me' class, but offered my card.
