Went here on Sunday to catch some live music while the weather was nice. What a cool spot!
The city is so awesome for having these venues and having live music that the public can just check out. There are lots of benches facing the stage, so plenty of places to sit. It didn't feel overcrowded. It's also a dog friendly place, so basically heaven. 🐕
There were lots of people around skateboarding and generally hanging out while the music was going on. I recommend bringing some food and/or drinks while you enjoy the show.

The Japanese Tea Garden is at one end of it and the Botanical Garden is just at the end of the road. During the summer they will have free shows at the bandshell. There is also food trucks behind it. Sometimes they will have bike rentals too. If you go early enough in the mornings, there are folks who practice tai chi and you can follow along.
