We found this truck at the Outpost Meadow on Saturday. There were 10-12 people ahead of us in line so we expected a bit of a wait, but it took OVER AN HOUR to get ice cream. We went from being bored, to mad, to just plain amused at how ridiculously long it took. The one guy would disappear into the truck for 5 minutes for each cone. Something was off with the soft serve because it was melting extremely quickly so he had to re-make cones that fell apart, adding more time, and when we finally got our ice cream it was a huge mess to eat. Above all the guy was pretty rude, making a comment about my pregnant sister "eating for two" . I lifted up my 6 year old daughter to finally place her ice cream order and her foot accidentally touched the side of the truck. The guy sternly barked at her not to kick the truck because it was "private property"..... anyway ice cream should be fun and this was...

You’re left with a tough decision - you either clear the spoon of all the gathered ice cream each bite (and suffer some serious scrapage of the side of your cheeks due to the insane amount of suction needed because the spoon is too deep), or you just take a bit off the top and leave a bunch of ice cream at the bottom of the spoon (which is gross because it will start to drip out). Anyways, obviously this is very uncomfortable and leadership at this place should really consider if they want this place to survive long term...

Not to mention: DARK CHOCOLATE WITH SEA SALT dipped vanilla bean soft-serve. It was just the most amazing thing I had ever tasted.
Thank you, Twirl and Dip. The only bummer is they only take cash, which I didn't have, so had to borrow money...
