Extremely disappointed with the service at Potrero Hill Library Branch. Despite being loyal patrons, our recent visit left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. The staff’s unprofessional behavior was evident when they loudly and rudely commented on my two-year-old son’s coughing, completely ignoring our presence. To make matters worse, when my husband and son urgently needed access to the restroom before closing time, the staff callously locked the doors, without any real explanation as to why they lock the restroom doors early. some of the staff is apparently unfamiliar with the definition of customer service. when i came in a few minutes before closing to pick up books on hold and didn't have my card, they refused to look up my account by last name and said "you're taking time out of our lives". I was turned away. Another time I had a very helpful person. love the building and view. it would be helpful if the hours were earlier and more consistent. can't seem to get there to pick up ordered books bec there are no...
