DON’T BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. The supposed “ Man in Charge “ Edward which I was told his name was is the rudest person you will ever meet he has 0 people skills and looks like he clearly hates his job which I can’t understand why he is still there when the facility has really large doors for him to just walk straight out of it’s a real shame the hall is extremely beautiful but never will I ever spend another dollar in this facility, came here yelling at the staff I hired when I say yelling I mean yelling saying no balloons allowed so here I come and say I’m sorry but this wasn’t disclosed to me when I booked the hall that I couldn’t have balloons for my one year olds party ( who doesn’t have balloons for their events ) the balloons were not helium balloons and were pre assembled so there was going to be no balloon out of place I asked him to show me where it stated no balloons and he said he “ didn’t have to show me anything it’s his place it’s his rules and he will shut the whole thing down “ I will never understand why someone in their right mind could ever put a person like him in charge not even as a last resort should he have been considered an option for the position..
