Stopped by the Nike Factory Store yesterday to get a new pair of sneakers (or two) but didn't know quite what I wanted.
I was approached promptly by Marvin-Jay who gave me a great recommendation off the bat that looked great and was amazingly comfortable. He was attentive & helpful, while still handling all of the crowd that is in this store on a Saturday afternoon. Additionally, another associate, Jonathan, also provided some great recommendations & feedback as well as some great conversation while we were trying on different shoes in the store.
Finally, after my girlfriend and I both picked out a couple of pairs that we liked, we were helped at the checkout lane by Chelsea, who was super friendly, made sure we got everything we needed, and also provided some great conversation while we were checking out.
The Nike Factory Outlet had some great deals on some sneakers (and some mediocre deals on others) and overall a good selection. I'd normally give the store 4 stars for overall atmosphere, choice, cost, etc. but the employees really made this experience great and leave me no choice but to give them 5 stars. These three were honestly fantastic.
The only downside was that I can't complete their own survey to give them good feedback because the link to the survey in the email receipt is broken and the website asks for a code that isn't provided on the email receipt.
Overall, a fantastic experience and I'll be back there next month to use the $50 coupon off my...
Read moreWell, tonight as I was leaving the NIKE store I was pulled over by SJPD because NIKE’s Loss Prevention accused me of stealing!
I walked in the store with sweats and the matching hoodie to exchange for a bigger size. (2x to a 3x) I went to that specific section to see if they had the bigger size I was looking for and to no avail, they didn’t. I asked a nearby store worker to scan my items to see if they had my size in stock, but again, they didn’t. So with the items I walked in with, I walked back out with, in hopes to go to another store that had my size.
I then WALKED out the store, put the items in my car, and attempted to drive off. As I began to drive out I was then pulled over by SJPD where I was patted down, and asked questions about the items in which I had the ORIGINAL receipts to. SJPD did a fairly good job in the process. I then questioned the protocol of NIKE’s Loss Prevention. Had they done their job correctly the first time, I wouldn’t have been embarrassed and humiliated AT ALL.

Read moreI had a very frustrating experience at the Nike Store. I went in to return an item and was told their return policy changed on February 1, 2025. The issue is, customers were never properly notified of this change. My return was rejected, and instead of offering any real help, the store manager Jessica told me to “contact nike.com.”
This is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Nike. If policies change, customers should be clearly informed at the time of purchase, not blindsided afterward. Being dismissed and redirected by the store manager was unprofessional and disappointing. This experience makes me think twice about shopping at Nike again.
Nike.com does solve my problem . Thanks Nike.com. The store needs to be more on customer training lol. Don’t talk to customer like talking to your stepson. Be careful on policy change without notifying...
