Ella — Local services in San Jose

I had a terrible experience with Ella today. I came to return or exchange the scarf I bought yesterday. And it turned out to be a final sale, the receipt says “no returns no exchanges.” BUT! This rack (the rack of silk scarves) did not have a "FINAL SALE" sign on it and the salesgirl did not say a word to inform me while I was paying. Yes, I didn't read the receipt. At that moment I was the only customer and she had plenty of time to inform me, but she didn't. Intentionally, I would say. Today, after the salesgirl refused to refund or exchange the item, I simply left the scarf on the counter and left the store. I'd give it zero stars if i could. Prices went up so high for cheap clothes. They never want to help you. Girls just sit at the register talking about their personal lives that shouldn't be talked about in front of customers. They don't even stop talking while their ringing up customers. They had a clearance price on a tag and refused to price match it. Wasn't even the $1 difference that it was a big deal.
