King Eggroll Express — Restaurant in San Jose

I received text coupon for combo $1 on June,2018 and when I applied, the staff have stern face and told me " we do not accepted coupon no more. It is lie and keeping send customer text .

I received text again couple days again have $ 1 coupon for the combo and I just went to got 6 eggs and 1 combo at San Jose Leigh location and when I enter my phone # and show $1 coupon on the screen. The staff same have made stern face told me," It wrong and we did not accepted coupon no more" she even not want to see my text. Also the same lady last time I buy the 2 combo and when I turn around to order the egg rolls , I saw her took out the food from my lunch box. It is the misleading the customers . The $1 customer is no big deal for the customer but it the lie, need be address to let all the customer to know. The King Eggroll should not send the customer the text again to...

The most awful fast food I ate in my life. Giving 2 stars only because of fried rice. Their fried chicken was meatless very well breaded chicken legs. All of their meats are breaded and they all taste the same. I got fish and chicken but their both taste the same(Look at the picture). Customer service was not good. They rush you to choose faster move on. Never will come back again. Also, they are pricey but for nothing. The reason why we got food from them because there were other foodcourt open. I hope there will open another...

I went to get a small children's meal. (7.99) I asked for a cup of water. The clerk said she didn't have cups.

So she said bottle of water. (1.50)

She said the total would be 12.99.

What?

No...I dont want it...

So she produced a cup with ice.

The price dropped to $8.43. She had not only lied but price gouged me as well!

I told her it's not good to lie and steal from customers. She said sorry she's just trying to make sale.

Not okay.

I will NEVER go back.
