Lots of spaces to choose from Went to check out the New Dds Discounts But really seemed like TOO much merchandise! Not enough walking space.. not enough space in some areas fro carrs to even turn.. For instance of too much merchandise the mens belt sectikns was overstocked it looked beyond messy and desperate for attention. Associates reaching over children to put up merchandise, or even just simply not excusing themselves but standing and expecting people to move.. Big NO NO! Children are People too! & part of providing good customer service comes in so many forms. Are they forgetting basic manners or just completely lacking?

We went on a weekend trying to get into boiling crab cuz we were craving spicy food. The cashier there told us that the wait time is around an hour . So we had to change the plan and walked around the plaza to Check for another restaurants so we can eat and found this hidden gem ‘Chikindrip’. It’s a new Nashville hot chicken place that opened there just few steps from boiling crab. It was amazing and definately satisfied our craving for spicy food .im glad they opened there in this plaza cuz its close to my home

My first time here and it was a lot of fun eating and getting my hands dirty with shrimp. The food was delicious and the fried oysters are really good as well! Come before 3 or you'll be waiting in line to get seated.

This shopping center has almost everything, from drywall to donuts. There are probably way too many food options, there's a Home Depot and a Target, there's an AutoZone, a shoe store, a multiple cell company stores, a Best Buy, and so many food options. Did I mention that there are a lot of food options? There are. Just from memory there are: a Subway, a Rubio's, a Five Guys, an Ike's Sandwiches, a Poke Bowl, a Panera, a Krispy Kreme, a Jamba Juice, an Applebees, and a McDonald's. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but you get the point. Minus one star for three main reasons. First, the parking lot is not well designed and there are certain areas (near clusters of restaurants mostly) that are congested almost the entire day, and many odd intersections to be aware of in the parking lot. Secondly, there are only chain stores in the mall. There are no local businesses of any kind, and therefore no culture either, (and no good Mexican food). It stands isolated from the neighborhood it's in, and that's just not good for anyone. Finally, because of this isolation from the surrounding neighborhood, and because the nature of this shopping center is distinctly separate from the neighborhood, the center draws in people from all over, often well -off middle class folks. Because of this, the center has become the center of much homeless activity, and due to this, there is no "safe" place to park, and definitely not for extended periods of time. Obviously, leave no valuables in your vehicle, and try to park as close to the occupied buildings as you can. However, there is an exception at Home Depot, where the safest place is about halfway between the store the road which runs through the center, as to be close to the store, but also not too close that the contractors with their large trucks will hit your vehicle.

TLDR: They've got hardware, tech, and a ton of food options, but all chains and no local businesses, and be careful...

It's still all the same, which is good, but need an upgrade in services and parking lot maintenance needs attention. Just as suggestion, might want to resurface the entire parking lot!! Even a thin layer of new asphalt can do wonders! If too cheap for that, hire some day workers to power wash the entire Plant!!! Store entrances too!! Repaint the lines on parking, more trash pick up/ garbage removal etc!! Too much food waste, cups, napkins, plastic utensils strewn about for hours! Rolling in the wind, getting crushed and ran over by cars Get the gum on the ground in front of stores c'mon!! Been there since my daughter was a little toddler!! Really all the business that comes through this shopping center, there is NO EXCUSE to be so poor on maintenance and UPKEEP!! Move faster! Trash should not be all around for hours etc!! Also, just to add, when was the last time the Plant has been festive for the holidays!! Can't even display something above the rooftop or Plant sign for the Holidays!!!??Doesn't have to be racial/ religious even, but God Bless America & in God We Trust!! So Amen for Christmas!! Thanksgiving is an American tradition since generations so no going wrong!!!Seems cheap and greedy. Overall I don't see anything but a drab shopping center that is showing signs of wear. Step it up or find...

Food: Probably the best plaza to visit if you are a foodie or indecisive about where to eat with a group of friends. Be prepared for long lines for certain spots and make sure to call to ask how busy it is or reserve ahead of time if you are going with a large group. There's food everywhere! There are aome areas that lack seating which could be a gripe. The only places that don't belong there is the applebee's, pizza spot and the korean place in hopes of getting a better pizza and korean in its place. The pizza spot is dirty..and dead at times.. the korean food isn't zo good at executing their dishes and same with applebee's. This plaza has everything! Home improvement, pets, office, kids/newborns, electronics , beauty, shopping....this place just needs a gym but otherwise, it has everything covered. Overall: Ample parking, customer service everwhere is pretty good. It is well kept with no garbage to be seen. Overall, it's a good spot to visit and...
