No professionalism at all. I placed a to go order for their bowl on the app. Around 9:30AM I walked inside along with another person. We both waited for a while for someone to come and greet us. I eventually said “hello” out loud. Another couple of minutes pass by and someone walks out from the back. They were wearing a brown hoodie, headphones in their ear with their hoodie over their hair. Their hair was in a messy bun like they just woke up. They did not look like an employee but someone’s friend who’s sleeping in the back. They approached me and said hi pick up? I said yes for Jocelyn. They yawned and then said, “ yeah I was waiting for you to come because we don’t have greek yogurt, would you like the coco whip?” I then said Im not a fan of coconut. They stretched with a yawn and said, “ okay we will do a refund for you” slowly turned around and walked away. They gave me lazy tired attitude. They didn’t tell me how long it’ll take, or even asked me if I wanted something else. They just turned around while having hands in their pocket and walked away. Another person walks out from the back, they looked at me and noticed me confused but proceeded to take care of the other person inside. That associate was very unprofessional, definitely sleeping in the back and didn’t want to work at all.

Read moreLong time customer. Terrible customer service and took our money without correct reimbursement. Very disappointed on recent experience with this store. The store ran out of 1 of the 2 drinks that we have already paid for, using a $3 coupon from the reward program. We then asked for a replacement drink, at a lower cost and asked to be reimbursed the difference. Not only the employee was unable to perform the request, but the substitute store manager "Erika" was unable to refund the correct amount, blamed the system, and made us lose our $3 coupon. In the end, the store manager Erika tried to make us pay even more than the initial cost of the two drinks. When asked why she could not do the simple task of refunding, she said that she didn't have the authority to do so.
