Did in less than 6 days what big name jewelers couldn't do in 2 months Alex and Beth provided excellent, professional, and impressively fast service with such kindness and diligence. Initially using a big-name jeweler for my fiancée's engagement ring, all seemed fine (despite a few bumps in the road even early on) when I submitted the order for setting the ring on April 12. But after this big-name shop had multiple missed promise dates and unresponsiveness from their jeweler, all causing a lot of stress as I wanted to propose to my girlfriend before her long trip overseas, I called up Alex at CJL. He and Beth worked quickly to get me a ring and worked out a detailed plan and schedule of when the ring and some sidestones (great thinking on Beth's part) would arrive. They kept prices affordable despite the super quick turnaround time, and even paid for the expedited shipping themselves. I was able to go through my following days after they made the order with confidence, as Alex told me "We WILL have it done for you by Thursday morning." And they did. Beautiful ring, right on time, affordable, with honesty and professionalism all the way throughout.

Hi, I recently found a piece of Jewelry (an ear ring). I showed it to a Co-Worker, and She wanted to buy it. I didn’t know where to take it, and I wanted to sell it(to My co-Worker)at a fair price. She then recommended “Capital Jewelry and Loan”. If someone You know, recommends something to You, then there is a good chance that with their own personal experience, it’s worth checking out. I went to “Capital Jewelry and Loan” which isn’t far from My home in San Marcos. How convenient! They were Very Friendly and after a short conversation, I felt comfortable and knew I came to the right place. Sadly, there are Businesses that would take advantage of a Person, especially an elderly person like Myself. This experience I had with “Capital Jewelry and Loan was Excellent! They are very Knowledgeable and Professional and told Me a “Fair Price” which I then passed on to My Co-Worker and sold Her the item.
