Smoke Shack — Attraction in San Marcos

Do not purchase ecigs from this business. Three weeks ago I bought two ecigs both with manufacturers warranty. I was instructed by the employee on staff to purchase the more expensive ones because the cheaper ones break easily and subsequently spent over $80. Within three weeks they were both not working. I brought them in and asked for a replacement or repair and was told they DO NOT & would not exchange. We did not want a refund nor anything for free, we just wanted two of the same ecigs, that we paid for, to be in working condition. I'd like to also point out that we did not drop nor do anything to break these ecigs, they simply broke due to normal use. We were told there was nothing they would do other than sell us new ones or replacement pieces. I find this unacceptable and would now warn others not to purchase from "The Smoke Shack". It is unfortunate that a local business treats local buyers this way, especially when the fix...

One of the best smoke shops in Southern California! The lady named Kat was very friendly and helpful the first time I went. She answered any questions I we had and the prices are FAR better then any other smoke shop I've been to since moving to Oceanside. The second time I went, Danny helped me out and blew me away with how informed she was about smoking accessories to herbal supplements. Danny went above and beyond and I would deffinatly just come back just because of Danny and Kat. Tell them hi from Nate if you do go in lol. I have seen a few pieces and accessories at other shops selling for anywhere from 10 dollars more to the thing I bought that was 30 dollars more at another smoke shop. If you are debating on trying this place out, DO IT!!! I can't hurt and I guarantee you will thank me 😁 (btw, I'm sorry Kat or Danny if I spelled your names...

08-07-18 I don’t get why workers choose to be annoying when they could simply just do their job, I walk in to purchase an item with a California ID stating I am over 21, and the guy starts talking about how he can’t sell me the item because some guy over the phone called and he wasn’t old enough, so when things start to escalate, the worker then gets in his feelings and instead of being professional he then starts making rude comments about my car saying that it’s ugly and is it my Mom’s? I don’t know what this business is going to do about this but if anyone walks in with their ID I feel that they should not be given any type of problem about making a purchase period...
