If I could give zero or negative ratings, I would. This place is just full of unprofessional staff. We bought tickets for kids under 2 for one hour. We were told where our kids could play. But our kids were running around so one of our friends suggested to go to an “off limit” area where our kids were not supposed to be because of the tickets we bought. Both my friends and I were not really thinking. We went and few seconds later a guy working there stood next to me and asked if the kids had a star on the wrist bands and I said no, so we were not allowed to be here? And he said yes it’s for 3 or older. And right away I grabbed my child and left that area. But one of the older guys who’s selling tickets at the front suddenly showed up and started saying something but at that time I was not aware he was talking to me, until he said “we told you guys the areas you could be in but you still ignored us. That’s like stealing.” Wait what? Stealing? This is how you talk to your customers? Very unprofessional and aggressive. This was my first time visit and will be my last time. Avoid this place at all times it’s ghetto and also I could smell someone was smoking pots in that area. Save your time and money and go to other pumpkin patches where people are...

Last time I come with my 3years old boy there, I bought one hour tickets for him to play, but he is so scared to play there by himself because is so high and is his first time ever playing with something like that . He was not willing to play there so we talk to the staff about it and they said they will give us back the one hour play next time we visit and they give me an ticket so told us just come back anytime before Halloween and we will have one hour free play, because I am not living around there so I give the ticket to my sister in low to bring her son there, and they insisted that my sister in law must buy one hour before they can use this ticket. But they are only have one boy to play with it. And that is not acceptable that we only want to play one hour there but turn out if we want to have that one hour playing back then we have to pay one extra hour that means we have to pay 2hours money to play for this hour to use this ticket. I hate what they did and make me feel like we are begging to play there and they are the swindlers. Staffs there definitely need to be...

Not worth to get any review ... guys, please don't take your kids there. Lady sitting at the counter is very rude and doesn't know how to behave with kids. They are children man!... they are meant to run here and there and that is why we bring our child to pumpkin patch to play and enjoy... if you don't know how to behave with your customer, please get some training first and then join such jobs. She was so rude to kids and giving instructions to my child for which I was already trying to explain to my child! She is not supposed to directly interact with anyone's child. Very much unprofessional behavior. I didn't say anything to her directly as I don't feel like to talk to such unethical and unprofessional people.
