Better Source Liquidators is a family owned business built from the ground up.

While their current business is primarily with companies, the owner and staff still took the time to help me find 2 very high quality used office chairs, had them steam cleaned and offered to give them a good wipe down (which I declined because I could do it myself), all while it was very obvious their loading dock was busy with much larger orders than mine.

Bought a used Steelcase LeapV2 from here in great condition and reasonable price. The collection was good including different colors and sizes of chairs. Great experience browsing on website and chatting on phone before visiting to make sure they had enough inventory for the kinds of chairs I wanted to try out (Aeron, Amia, Gesture, Leap, Think, etc). I've gotten a few different pieces of office furniture here, and it's always been a good experience. This last time, my daughter wasn't happy with the sit/stand desks on display, ordered another option, and once it was there still didn't like it and we went back for something else.
