Limon Frozen Yogurt — Attraction in San Pablo

I came to this place on a recommendation. I placed an order on the kiosk. It took the young lady two tries with the sticker on the cup saying what the drink was and the add-ons, and she still got it wrong. She tried to tell me that sticker didn't say what it did. I got tired of waiting so I just took the wrong drinks. The whole time I was waiting on these incorrect orders the female owner was yelling at her employee. It added to already horrible experience making it worse. This is first time and last time I will patronize...

Overpriced with rude customer service!!! Worker there tried to lie to me about wearing a mask, when it's not required for customers but IT IS REQUIRED FOR THEM as essential workers when dealing with the public and has not been a requirement since CA reopened nor has it been passed by the CDC for CA. She said it was a requirement for their business, so I took my business elsewhere. I understand and respect being compliant but what I won't take is false information from false...

This is one of the best spots to relax. It can get packed in hot days but it's worth the wait and its not just the drinks but the fish cakes are bomb! Hint: ask for "sweet sauce." Also the workers are sooooo nice! Plus who wouldn't be upset if a group decided to be loud and leave their mess? I love this place and I love the service! Always...
