Susy’s Bakery and Deli — Restaurant in San Pablo

I've been to Susy's 4/5 times in the past 3 years and the food is always great... I had pupusas, beef soup and beef stew and even tho it's always a little salty it is still good. I'm giving Susy's 3 stars because of their service staff and for some reason I have always been served by the same waitress who is never in a happy mood. The last thing she did to me happened yesterday when I order by phone and when we got there me and my wife decided to eat in... Well she gave us the food in to go containers and said if you wanna eat here pick a table, she never offered to put it in a plate or even to give us utensil to eat with, she never came by out table even once and kept taking to other stuff on how is their restaurant rule that you can't order in advance to eat in. I still have her a $5 top and clean and dispose of our trash but... Chances are I'm not coming back. The bakery runs the same way I guess because while in line to purchase pastry I was skipped by the owner so he could serve his friend who was 3 people behind me.

Eh estado en este restaurante 4 o 5 veces en los últimos 3 años y tengo que decir que la comida siempre tiene un buen sabor aunque un poco salada. La razón por la que le di a Susy's tres estrellas es por el mal servicio de La mesera. Justamente ayer fue la última vez que estuve en este restaurante al cual había puesto una orden por teléfono y al momento de recoger la se nos antojó comer en el restaurante. La mesera nos dio toda la comida en contenedores para llevar y nos dijo que si queríamos comer en el restaurante que agarraramos una mesa, y ni siquiera nos ofreció utensilios ni mucho menos se acercó a nuestra mesa para ver si necesitábamos algo. Al final de nuestra cena recogimos nuestra basura, limpiamos la mesa y le dejamos $5 de propina Parece que la panadería tiene el mismo mal servicio Porque mientras esperaba mi turno para ordenar el que parece ser dueño del lugar le llamo a una persona que estaba 3 personas atrás de mí en la cola y cómo era su amigo le atendió inmediatamente no importandole que habíamos 4 personas antes que él Es muy posible que no vuelva a visitar este restaurante o panadería porque aunque esta rica la comida y el pan, el servicio es muy pésimo. I have been coming to this bakery since it opened the prices were very fair then and I remember the staff being inviting and friendly, that is no longer the case in my opinion the restaurant is nothing to brag about. Drive there. It took one hour. Interesting roads and real hard to find since it’s behind main road and the good thing that I got parking in front of the establishment. The bread there was very delicious. The store atmosphere was good and the service was quick and they were very friendly. I’ll definitely take the road trip again to buy more pan fresco to enjoy...
