They seened completely unorganized and incompetent. There was no follow through with anyone I talked to. Here’s a timeline of my experience:
I brought my PS5 into the store and I was told my PlayStation would be fixed in 3-5 business days. After 7 business days without hearing anything I called ubreakifix and they said they were waiting for me to a pay an invoice before the tech started on the repairs. I never received the invoice. I had the person on the phone send the invoice and I promptly paid. I was told it would be another 3 days before repairs were complete. I assumed they got my email wrong no.. no biggie
3 days goes by and I hear nothing so I called. I am told the tech is waiting for me to the pay invoice… I tell them I have already and I ask what the status is on the repair. I get put on hold then told I am going to receive a call back in 5min. I never get a call back… Definitely frustrating but not the end of the world. I’ll call tomorrow I think.
I call the next day and ask the status of my repair. I get told AGAIN I need to pay the invoice before the tech starts repairs. At this point I calmly express some frustration and they apologize for the mishap and I am told the repairs will be done immediately and I pick my PS5 in 24 hours. I think wow what a process but finally it’s getting done.
I get the email that my PS5 is ready within the 24 hours from my last phone call and I go to the store to pick it up… When I get there I am told to pay the invoice AGIAN! Why is no one leaving any comments for the next person??? Completely unprofessional. The lady there was nice and apologized.
I get home to test the PS5 and IT STILL DOESNT WORK!! It turns off within 10 min of playing… just like I said it did when I brought it in. Did no one test the repair to make sure it was fixed!? Absolutely unbelievable. The service was terrible, the repair didn’t even work. What a messy miserable experience. Now I have to go back and explain...

First I made an appt at the San Rafael store, for my old Samsung S21 Ultra, cuz my phone was taking forever to charge, & I noticed the battery was draining faster than usual. I didn't want to spend over $1000.00 on a new phone, even rhough it was Black Friday weekend. I assumed any day now my phone would die on me, & that it did. I tried everything to charge it, the charger it came with, tried a universal charger, tried atraching it to fast charging battery pack etc....NOTHING! The night before my appointment, i tried again to charge it, & Eureka... by a.m. i had a full charge. So strange. I still did not trust the battery, so decided to stick with the appt. & see if they could at least evaluate the battery to see if I needed a new one.. Erica who was behind the desk, was FANTASTIC. I told her everything that had happened, she asked some very good questions to determine the issue. Then looked at my phone, & said this 1 app here ( Samsung Hangouts) is draining my battery. I was shocked. Once we put it to sleep, my battery said I had 1 day & 12 hrs left on it!!!! Erica was sooo nice. She saved me lots of $$$$ from having to possibly buy a new phone or a new battery!!! I am thrilled!! Before you think you have to buy a new phone cuz your battery is dying or your phone is dead, take it here to have it looked at. They take X- Box too to fix. This place...
Read moreI just wanted to say Cassie at the San Rafael store is absolutely amazing. The back of my phone had shattered and we drove along distance to the store just to be told I had to leave phone pick it up next day because it would take 3 hours to fix. Do to my work schedule and having to drive back the next day it would be such an inconvenience. I had along day, left work early to get this done, endure heavy traffic that made me very car sick. I felt really bummed out to hear this. I was not given much options by the front desk person. However, Cassie happened to come out from the back as I was seating trying to delete some apps since I was going to leave phone overnight. She asked have you been helped? I explained to her not yet and I told her I had to leave my phone overnight because it would take 3hrs to fix. She said let me take a look at it. She said we can fix it today! She was super friendly, sweet, & energetic!. When she said that I couldn't believe! I felt so grateful to see her willingness to help me. I think she could see I wasn't feeling well by the sound on my voice. She quickly told the person checking in to please enter my info that it would be ready in an hour.
