I have been to Anu's twice now and both times I have received amazing service by everyone working there. The team at Anu's are very kind and considerate and they always try to help whenever possible.

I was seen by Sarita for waxing. Sarita was very professional and extremely patient and caring. She always checked up on me and asked if I'm comfortable or if I need anything before proceeding on to the next step. She was very kind and did an amazing job. She was more like a friend than someone you would go for a treatment. Sarita was very attentive and sweet.

I was seen by Pusha for my hair colouring and hair cut. She gave good advice on what hairstyle would suit me and she did a great job with styling my hair. Everyone liked my hair.

I was seen by Sweety for threading and she ensured she took her time to get everything done correctly. She was very friendly and gentle and she made sure I was happy before moving on to the next customer.

I have been a customer at Anu’s Beautique for a few years now. I was excited to visit their new location in San Ramon. My teen was nervous about waxing but Sarita was very professional and very caring at the same time. She was very gentle which put my kid at ease. I am always confident to come back here with my kid. Today we were back for another waxing session. My child also wanted to get hair trimmed and shampooed. Sarita suggested getting a full treatment of oil massage, conditioning, steaming and then shampooing. I could see my teen enjoying and relaxing, a much needed pampering after a hectic last month at school!
