Betty's Nail Salon — Attraction in San Ramon

Had walk by the salon acouple times since i go to Jamba Juice alot. So i taught i tryed it out in getting my nails done.. since its so close to work. the pictures dont justify how ugly my nails look. But i am going to have to go after wrk to were i usually go in Hayward. First of the lady who did them was coughn the whole time. Had gotten up nd go to the back like 6 times. Keep sniffn the whole time nd blame it on the acrylic. She would just brush the acrylic on the top nd not the tip. Nd when she was painting my nails i had to tell her plenty of times to add more on the side or the middle.. they look so uneven. U can look the strips of lines on the nails when she would go over. Nd on my big finger.. she messed it up nd just went over the tip like crazy tryn to cover it but it didnt work.. let the manager how unhappy i was and she just...

This place is horrid and have the costumer service I have ever experienced. The lady who attended me kept raising the price. She increased the price by 5 three times after the regular price. They wasted more than two hours of my times and made my nails deformed. They tell you it is cheap at first , but they keep increasing the price. Also, most of the workers have earphones and are eating when they are working. All my nails were left in a different shape and distortions. My nails look like they are pregnant 🤰 😢. I am very disappointed...

Came here for a last min. Repair on ONE of my nails from a manicure at another spa. I’m going on a trip this week and the other spa was closed until I leave. When Jenny approached me she was AMAZING in trying to help me Match the color i currently have even when she didn’t have the correct colors! They were also close to closing so the fact that she took the time to help out was a blessing in of itself!! The fix came out GREAT and you can’t even tell the difference!...
