If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This was, hands down, the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had in my life — and I’m not being dramatic.
First of all, walking in, no one acknowledged me. I stood there for several minutes like a ghost while the staff pretended not to see me. Finally someone lazily waved me over like I was interrupting their nap.
They clearly didn’t want to be there, and it showed. I asked for a simple manicure and pedicure — nothing fancy — and what I got looked like something a 5-year-old did with their eyes closed. Uneven filing, patchy polish, polish ON my skin, and don’t even ask about the cuticles. I left with my fingers stinging from how rough they were.
I genuinely think they reused tools without sanitizing. I saw them grab clippers from a tray full of old tools and just start working — no cleaning, no alcohol wipe, nothing. If I end up with an infection, I know exactly where I got it.
They were loud, careless, laughing in another language while pointing at customers. Extremely uncomfortable and totally unprofessional.
And the cherry on top? They overcharged me. I was quoted one price at the start, then got hit with a higher bill at checkout with some vague excuse like "extra shaping" or "long nails" — which I didn’t even have. When I questioned it, the cashier rolled her eyes and literally turned away while I was talking.
I left feeling humiliated, ripped off, and angry. My nails looked worse than when I walked in, and I had to go somewhere else the next day to fix the disaster they left me with.
This place should be shut down. Dirty, rude, dishonest, and just straight-up trash service. If you value your time, your money, and your dignity...
Read moreI would give zero star if I could! The lady who owns this place did a good job with my manicure but the husband who did my pedicure was extremely rude and blamed my nails for his terrible job! I went back right after I left the salon to get the name of the polish so I can buy it and fix his mess myself but they had closed early and were gone for the day! That explains why he didn’t use a fan to let the polish dry. I went back the next day to get the name of the nail polish but he again with his rude manners said I picked the wrong time and I was interrupting everyone and that was not a good time for him! All I asked was the name of the nail polish! I’m not sure if he even understood my question but his rudeness was quite apparent even through his broken English. Finally his wife stepped in and tried to make up for his terrible behavior and offered to redo the polish. Aside from his poor manners and poor customer service, he told me I “have to” pay in cash otherwise he will charge me more but he didn’t disclose that when I asked for their prices before they started. I will not go...
Read moreI can not recommend. Manicure: $30, tip $10 -paid through zelle. Visited 6/14- Appointment made day before online for 10:30am, confirmed at 9:30am day of and was asked come in at 10:45. Left at 12:16. Got there only 3 people working. They took in 3 walk-ins before me. I had come in originally wanting some nail art, had a reference image ready and was trying to tell the lady but she immediately was like later with a very brusque tone. I had 5 nails with old gel, 4 on my left and one on my right that were already peeling waiting for 15+ minutes. When she came back her voice had changed and she complimented my nail beds but honestly at that point watching the other 2 people and the lady helping me do a pedicure. I was close to leaving, should have but didnt and I no longer wanted nail art. Cuticles flooded, messy. It's now Monday and all I've done is wash dishes and the gel is peeling, and 2 nails...
