Ma Jolie Salon & Spa — Attraction in San Ramon

I followed my favorite stylish Ensieh to this salon. What a place! It is beautiful. So clean and the décor is fantastic. As soon as I arrived the Owner came over to introduce herself. She was lovely. I received excellent service by Ensieh on top of all of this. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other services.

Talk about an ideal experience. After several horrible experiences with my long time stylist I felt I had to make a change. I am big in reviews and customer opinions and was very happy to read the feedback for this Salon. I booked a consult and they were able to see me the next morning. I was partnered with Ensieh and she was wonderful. She was warm and friendly right away. I told her that I had been wanting to go from my washed out blonde to a richer color and have just been unsure. I have also been using fusion extensions and needed them redone. After speaking to Ensieh, she encouraged me a richer color would bring out my features, and wanted me to consider giving tape ins a try. My hair is fine and she advised it would be gentler for my hair. Even though my consultation was scheduled for 15 minutes, she never once worried about time and discussed tape ins, color matches and how we would proceed. She even got second opinions and advise from her colleagues, something I really liked. Within a few days I was back in her chair, nervous for so many changes and something new. She took her time as she wanted everything to be perfect. It was going to be a long appointment and she made sure I was comfortable, offered me snacks and drinks and things to read. She was very attentive.

Once it was all said and done my hair turned out AMAZING. The color was perfect! It matched the extensions perfectly right down to the highlights! I could not believe it. The tape in extensions were so soft and shiny and felt so great. It was all beyond my expectations. I have never once left a salon with tears of joy until that day.

My visit was over two weeks ago and my hair still looks so great!
