Natural Fitness - Sandpoint — Attraction in Sandpoint

My family and I are fortunate enough to spend several weeks in the Sandpoint area every summer for vacation. Finding this gym has really made our holidays all the better. Being able to work out with my son anytime I want in such a well equipped and clean facility is really a privilege. There is everything you need here for a serious workout from two squat racks, real benches, cable crossover machines, heavy dumbells, you name it, it's here. As a bonus, the locker rooms are clean and spacious and there are three separate showers. If we had a gym this good in my hometown I would certainly choose it over franchise big box gyms. The owners take a lot of pride in their facility and are very friendly and welcoming. Maintaining a high level of fitness is very important to me and I feel very fortunate to have a facility such as this to help me with my goals while on vacation. I have moved from Sandpoint & still havent found a gym I liked as much as Natural Fitness! I went there for over a year before I moved & its still one of my favorite places to work out. For someone who is not naturally fit at all & who was starting completely brand new, it was overwhelming & a bit scary to look for a gym. But Natural Fitness was the ONLY gym in Sandpoint where I felt not only welcome, but embraced! They made sure I was happy & informed. They made sure i knew about classes when I got bored, their place was always clean & taken care of, & above all, they told me if I was doing something wrong that could end up damaging instead of building muscle. This not only came from the staff, though! The people here are genuine & classic example of what Sandpoint is all about, people helping people. Really appreciate 24 hours access! Been a member here for almost 10 years and the owners really try to work with us wrt long term absences due to living somewhere else half the year so that is a Huge plus! Appreciate the updated and clean equipment including Hammerstrength for serious lifting regimens. Locker rooms and workout areas are kept clean, too. Great variety of cardio equipment at both locations to vary it up. Still the best gym in the area for our needs although it would be nice to have access to more yoga or other type classes, still isn't worth giving up all the...
