Sandusky area's first shopping plaza. This location was first a quarry, then a garbage dump, then covered with dirt before building what you see now. This plaza came close to sinking into oblivion but was saved by pumping pressurized concrete under the foundation slabs. The parking lot was also built up and repaired multiple times due to settlement. Still If you look closely you can see how rolling and deep the grade is of the parking lot. They helped me with Monroe Michigan recommendations for dispensaries after I asked the alarming questions 😂lol!! But overall the vibe of this place is super laid back and down to earth. I liked the trippy chalk art work and specials they are running. The colors and the dripping effects they give it I don’t know I just overall loved the place. Read moreWell unfortunately for the plaza, the BMV is part of it & I'm not even going to get into the way I was treated because I didn't have 10 forms of ID to proceed with what I went there to do. People need to use their better judgement & at least SOME common sense. Otherwise get a new job to be miserable at. I'm willing to revisit this Plaza to try some Zuppamans food the first chance I get & if it's anything at all like I've heard THEY will be the saving grace...
