Before I share my experience I want to say that BBPD has the most incredible selection of designer items, from my experience, always in great condition. My first online order was amazing, I literally received my Michael Kors bag in less than two days. My second experience was not so great, I was so upset I changed my initial Google review to 1 star which I never do... but due to a really great employee, Leslie, she won me back as a customer and my Google review went back to 5 stars. So...a few weeks ago I ordered two great bags during the after Christmas 50% off sale, they were gorgeous and I was so excited. After ten days, no emails and no packages...I logged into my account and noticed that my order was refunded. I called and sent emails....no response...finally I receive a call today from Leslie. The main reason I was upset was because no one had reached out to explain why my order had been cancelled...Leslie was so extremely polite and apologetic and explained what had happened. Due to a glitch in the computer system, my items had already been sold but not marked out of the inventory. She also explained that they were really short staffed so they did not have a chance to reach out to me until today. I understand things happen, especially when you are selling items with only 1 in the inventory. I was upset that nobody had reached out to tell my why my order was cancelled but Leslie made up for it. I have placed a third online order and she confirmed it was already picked and headed for shipping. Thank you Leslie, I will most definitely continue to shop...

I usually preserve my energy for writing reviews, only for vendors/services that offer exceptional service, not to mention that it pains me to disparage a female owned business, but I was so abhorred by the service I received at the Marietta location earlier this week that I consider it a community service to write this review.

I was aiming to be a first time consigner and entered the facility with what I thought was a positive attitude to partner with a business that seems to generally have a decent reputation. Not sure whether it was just the Monday afternoon blues or the recent election cycle reinforcing the lack of decorum in America or the recent full moon, or any manner of things, but I was met with immediate attitude and disrespect by the oversized, poorly styled, older white woman who was coming on shift between 2:30-3:00pm on Monday, 2nd December at the Marietta location. She spoke to me poorly, rummaged through my belongings angrily, and for no obvious reason (to me, anyway), seemed to be disgusted by my very presence.

I am truly shocked that a business about image and fashion that should be in the business of customer service and local/community partnership choose to maintain staff who seem to be in full image and attitude contradiction to what I would imagine they are intending to portray.

I 100% do not recommend doing business with these people and only regret that designating negative stars is not an option in...

Don't leave anything here. For weeks the items they told me they were going to sell sat there. Not on sales floor and not even with my name on.them.after 2 weeks I got a text asking if a ring was mine. Also if a pink skirt was mine. I was told the owner decided not to take them after they had said yes. I live in Decatur..25 miles away. No one ever explained that this was a conditional acceptance. I told her...Kelly..how far away I lived and DO NOT GET RID OF MY ITEMS. I was hoping on the 12th I'd go up but today, the 14th, I make the drive. I'm told my ticket had no mention to hold my items. They were gone. This is the most unprofessional of all the consignment store I've been in. I'm told they will sell half opened bottles of perfume? Anything that will fit in you car that's new? I'm ok with Bible verses in a store, but when the elderly sales lady decides it's time yo msje awkward small talk because I'm the only one in the store...it gets weird. She's trying to teach me that it's winter break...most of EAST COBB is away...they go to the beach h...blah blah. " Not like in Lilburn, where people aren't as well to do, so they don't go away. You can't make this up. Unbelievable. I ha e bought a few cute things, but will Never be back. And unlike what the "saleslady" said, FINDERS KEEPERS in Decatur blows y'all away. Zero...
