I have had my brows for almost 2 decades now and she has refreshed my brows recently and I couldn't be happier with the results! The entire process was so professional, from the initial consultation to the final touch-up. Vivian really listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the perfect shape and color to enhance my natural features. The procedure itself was virtually painless, and the healing process went smoothly, thanks to the detailed aftercare instructions.

And on to my NEW Lips! She completed my lips a couple of months ago and the results are absolutely stunning! My lips healed beautifully (thanks to her secret lip balm wink) and now my lips have a soft, natural-looking tint that enhances my features and saves me so much time getting ready in the morning.

During my appointment, she was so sweet and professional and clear about what to expect during the process. Everything was very clean, and she'll walk you through everything she's doing. The woman who started my nails asked me could I wait for the young man to get finished with a customer and he would finish me, I said no ( he looked between 13 and 15). So I guess that's why I got a rushed fill in. She never removed all the color even though she said she would when she filed them. I had to get all black just to cover the black that was left on them. I asked do you file under the nails NO, I asked do i wash my hands she said Later. Well after the oil was put on I asked do I wash my hands at home she said YES! I then asked am I ALOUD to wash my hands she then said yes! If your income is not in the hundred thousand dollar range this place isn't for you. There was also another lady ( similar to myself) who had 3 different people working on her. 2 were taken away from her to do their "regular customers" they knew by their first names! This woman was seated way before me and the lady( I assume owner) that did me had to finish her. At least she asked for and was given a discount for her inconvenience. We both said we would not be back!! I paid my $40 just to get out without my hands looking a mess, knowing I'll be somewhere else tomorrow getting them redone. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years so I definitely know when I'm being short changed on...
