Experience was as for dine in was horrible. But as I looked around the same customer service wasn't given to others. My order was taken correctly, my first drink was disgusting, the replacement drink was given to me with a long string of blonde hair in it. I had to sit, stand, and sit waiting for more than 5 minutes before someone acknowledged that I needed assistance. Couldn't find the guy that had waited on us the first time he was nowhere to be found. So the lady who showed us to our seat finally looked up at me after she finished spraying and wiping off things around the restaurant. She came over I showed her my drink and told her I was trying to add to my order but the guy never came back to the table. Soo she put my order in and after grabbing about 3 cups that was apparently unclean but with the clean cups that they were using for the customers drinks. She finally found one that was clean enough and fixed me another drink. Now, the food comes out. For some reason we recieved our pizzas wayyyyyy before our FORGOTTEN APPETIZERS. Upon on ordering I was very specific about what I wanted BUT instead I got what he interpret. So the guy whom took our 1st initial order brought the pizza to the table and disappeared again. After about 5 minutes of him not returning which I thought he was going to get our appetizers which ONLY some bread knots. Nope, I had to get up to over to the guy standing at the cash register and tell him about the appetizers I never gotten. Out of nowhere the guy#1 appears and guy #2 ask him about the appetizers and find out he never put the order in. Once they were done he brought those then asked if I was waiting on wings I said yeah.
Soo yeah it...
Read moreSo this was our first experience, even though we have a few spots in our hometown. I probably would've felt better eating this at home instead of out of town. We ordered the roasted wings, medium House Special Pizza and the kids pepperoni flatbread with lemonade...the lemonade tastes like egg water was used to mix it so I ordered a fruit punch instead and that was better. The wings were good but not the best for roasted. The pizza came and did not look like what I expected. It had sliced regular tomatoes instead of smaller roast or smoked tomatoes on it. The meats were gathered in the middle of the pie instead of spread throughout so that was a double negative. That wasn't as bad even though it was not appealing but the taste was very bland. It had no flavor for the amount of fresh ingredients used. I was very shocked and upset about that. Babygirl flatbread looked good and apparently it was good because she was eating with no talking in between. I am not sure if I'll try this place again although I am a fan of fresh cut ingredients over anytime but seasoning goes a long way in my book. I love to eat so the way it tastes has to be on point for me to give a good review. The waitress was a younger girl who was doing a lot of running around and that sucked because she didn't give good service. I don't like my food to taste poorly and the service to be just as poor so yeah, this location was a flop! There was a table with 4 girls who clearly had not seen each other or had been drinking and were extremely Loud which increased my attitude for the worst. It was time to leave after the upteenth time of them screaming and laughing so I wouldn't...
Read moreMy husband and I had the most unforgettable experience at Mellow Mushroom thanks to the incredible team, especially Mike (the manager) and our server, Symone. We called ahead with a unique request: we wanted to do our gender reveal at the restaurant by spelling out the surprise on a pizza using toppings. Without hesitation, Mike was thrilled to help and invited us to come in and ask for him personally.
From the moment we arrived, we felt cared for. Mike greeted us warmly and explained everything clearly, even giving us updates on the timing of the big reveal. Symone was just as amazing—she told us exactly when to press record so we wouldn’t miss capturing the moment. Their thoughtfulness meant the world to us.
And then it happened: our pizza came out, and spelled out in pepperoni was the word BOY! 💙 It was the most special, joyful moment of our lives, made even more meaningful by the effort and kindness of the staff. To top it all off, they surprised us with blue mocktails to celebrate. Mike even came over to congratulate us and told us to bring the baby back someday.
This wasn’t just dinner—it was a memory we’ll carry forever. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and people who truly care, please visit this Mellow Mushroom location. They are absolutely amazing, and we’ll always be grateful for what...
