Russell Feed & Supply — Attraction in Sansom Park

This is my fiances and I go to feed store for our special pets. We no longer live a couple minutes away, but this has ALWAYS been our go to store. Todd is always so helpful and all the workers are just freaking great all well. They love their customers just as much as the do their pets in the store.

(I would also like to take a minute and let everyone know what the customer meant when they said the company starves and mis treats their animals. What had happened was, Todd and his employees came to work hours early to feed all the animal cuties. One of the piggies was so excited to see them and to eat his breakfast that his zoom, zoomies flipped over the bowl while the workers were still getting the store perfect for their customers."

So yeah, use your brain, open your eyes, and use your common sense to really think what happened because what that lady did was so wrong, so ugly, and so disrespectful.

I used to enjoy coming out to this russells l..living in azle I was always able to go the one closer but I always choose to go to this 1 because I like the people that worked the front desk a couple times I almost stopped going there because of the young ladies that work in the pecaire Room they're very unknowledgeable their job and imature but I still came back because I enjoy the people up front while today has ruined it for me completely I understand animals have to eat I'm not oblivious to this But when I went into the pet care Room which I always do to walk in and see a snake eating a rat in the middle of the floor truly put my stomach in a knot why not simply put it in the area were guests are not going to see this some people are sensitive like myself and again I'm not oblivious that animals do have to eat but there some way that they could do in order to make all guests happy but because of this I will not be shopping at this...

Clean, polite employees. never a wait for help. a little overpriced on small pet supplies and outrageously prices on commercial rabbit hay, $9.98!! when it's ($4.76 at Walmart) as for rabbit pellets, chicken feed etc it's average priced. they do sell rats as live food for snakes etc, unfortunately. I got all of my oetceats from there, trying to save the few I could from a horrible death. the last 3 I got were All sickly, giving my existing rats the cold that eventually killed them & me an expensive vet bill, my last little rat couldn't kick his cold & finally passed away in his sleep, (at least it wasn't by a snake.) Respiratory infections is what they had. I saw a female swaying from side to side, when I said something I was told her equilibrium was off and she's always be like that. I was told that's what happens when you over feed them. they need her until she couldn't produce babies anymore. she was being sold...
