Clay Planet — Attraction in Santa Clara

Ordered supplies on 12/1/22. Kevin emailed me that he was shipping a partial order( 1 item missing) 12/2/22. As of 12/9/22 I still do not have my first shipment. Emailed Kevin yesterday and didn’t get a reply so this afternoon I emailed clay planet. I then had to call, they explained they are very busy and the shipping manager will call when he gets back from lunch. I asked if his name was Kevin and he told me yeah! I explained Kevin didn’t email yet or provide a tracking number and I still have yet to receive my first shipment. He said oh sorry about that we’re real busy.

I have waited very patiently days past my 2 day shipping date by UPS! When Kevin does call me he explains that I requested that USPS hold my package! I asked why would I ask USPS to hold my package when I paid for 2 day shipping with UPS? I told him that USPS does not deliver to my home, he said oh I didn’t know that, Kevin as shipping manager you should have checked with the customer before changing the shipping method.

Now I have to drive into town and stand in line for hrs to get my package that I paid for to be shipped to my home! Really poor customer service, shame real shame. I will not...
