Update: the district manager reached out to me and we discussed what happened. He apologized and says he's talked to the relevant subordinates.
TLDR: Wrongly accosted (while at the urinal) for a false accusation of shoplifting, employees remained hostile after we established I hadn't stolen anything.
I stop in most times I'm in the area just to look at pens. I collect them so I like to window-shop a lot because they have a decent selection.
Well, while I was attempting to use the restroom I was confronted by an employee asking if I had "anything belonging to the store." I offered to let them search my bags. As he left the restroom he muttered "it might just come to that."
When I came out, he and another employee were waiting. I allowed them to search my shopping bags and emptied my pockets to satisfy them. When I asked, the second employee said they thought I was stealing stuff because I came in to look a lot and he recognized me.
I never got an apology, instead a condescending reminder that "if you want something from the store you have to pay for it."
I'm waiting to hear back from the store manager, because even if I had stolen something, I think it's just wrong to confront a person while they're using the restroom. Why couldn't they just wait until I was done to talk to me? Absolutely boycotting this particular store until I have...

I had never visited Office Depot before... Though now I am glad that I did! All because I met a VERY nice and VERY kind //FRIENDLY man named Eric at the Valencia // Newhall location. He made sure that I was taken care of efficiently as well as insisted on me taking advantage of my sale item while I had the chance. I must mention that Eric was extremely humble when I said I’d write him a review after I insisted on doing this survey.. he said mostly it would help the store and overall brand name if I did and left himself out of it! It’s really wonderful that he cares about his work place that much that he puts his name aside. He was patient and present EVEN after a long day- and mind you it was pretty close to closing time... He treated me as if I was the first guest of the day actually!!! Though I don’t necessarily often need office supplies I might just come back in for the wonderful staff - especially Eric, who is a great human being !

Dear Office Depot,
Yesterday I went into Office Depot with 2 small cards. The first time they were printed, they were perfect, so I ordered a second set of 100. The second set is stretched, it’s off center & the QRcode is cut off. The salesperson agreed there was an issue & offered to reprint. He took & kept both samples. When I went back today the cards still are stretched - but QRcode is legible. The same sales person - this time accused me of giving him the wrong sample. He lost both samples AND charged me for the cards! I’ve been double charged for prints that are not right. At this point I want to have my samples returned to me & reimbursed for both sets the cards.
If I did make a mistake in ordering the time to discuss that is when the order is placed. I trusted Office Depot with this print, it has my granddaughter & I don’t want her picture just floating around. I’ve asked them to please find the print I entrusted them with &...
