Complete garbage experience; it's like an overpriced community college with no resources. Zero course quality, all I ever did for nearly every class was fill in blanks on pre-printed notes. Professors don't do any research so you won't get any up-to-date insights like you would practically anywhere else. There is no tutoring center or any other academic support offered, except for professors' office hours (which were few and far between).
There were a few major accidents that happened when I was there, one resulting in the death of a student at Week of Welcome and the other resulting in major life threatening injuries to another student, as well as lawsuits in both instances that lasted for years after the incidents.
Furthermore, the school lost whatever remaining credibility it had completely in 2016. They will tell you that the Wall Street Journal ranked them #1 for "right choice." This is a lie. Per Wall Street Journal reporters, there was no such ranking, and as it turns out, it was an internal survey sent to their own students.
Also in 2016, a conference was held that proclaimed that Donald Trump (yes, the four-times indicted insurrectionist who tried and still wants to destroy American democracy) was somehow "God's candidate." Way to swallow the propaganda, TMU.
Additionally, they will attempt to stifle any dissent or opposing view about any point of contention or discussion. Even if it's about the cafeteria food poisoning incident that poisoned half the school. Classic Commiefornia style stifling attempt. I'm a Texan and I don't take any Commiefornia bullcrap. Y'all better stop the nonsense and start telling the truth.
Some people I went to school with were genuine, most were either downright mean, racist, extremely immature, or ignorant. So much for a Christian school.
At the end of it all, I couldn't find a job after graduation even though I worked very hard in school. I ended up having to go back to school again to get a real education afterwards.
Utter bullcrap....
Read moreGreat experience as both a student and an athlete. Professors and staff take a personal interest in the student’s educational and spiritual growth. In hindsight, the various rules implemented were an excellent opportunity for students to submit to the Lord in obedience and grow in their faith beyond what might have otherwise been required of them. The institution does a great job at teaching God’s word and encouraging and equipping students to grow. Most of the professors hold to an identical hermeneutic which creates a general uniformity of teaching across the campus. The accessibility of the staff will allow opportunities for students to address areas of concern or perhaps opposing interpretations of scripture. Ultimately the staff encourages gospel-centered living and promotes the student’s ability to understand God’s word.
As a business major, the education was exceptional. The small class sizes fostered an environment where students could easily get to know each other and their professors and not get lost in the crowd. I highly recommend this institution if you want to challenge yourself and grow in your faith while getting...

The Professors are unified to bring all students to know God more while bringing them into the fold of a liberal arts education.
