Took my BMW to German Autohaus for engine analysis and diagnostics by appointment at 8 am. Had to wait til 8:45 because of another customer that came after me then I was told that they could not look at it til Monday. Got a phone call that evening and was told to come and pick up the car off the street anytime and that compression was low . No cause No diagnosis No recommendations and there was nothing he could do for me. Key left in Glove box car unsecured. This guy was rude, very impersonal and unprofessional. Plus, you dont have to give up your firstborn to pay for their amazing work.
