Went in yesterday for Swedish massage and all I can say is this place is heaven on earth. I booked a 1-hour massage and it was worth every minute. Incredibly clean and wonderfully quiet salon.
Upon arriving, I was given a client intake form to fill out, which listed the amount of pressure that I would like for the massage, as well as if I would like hot stones. The form even included medical conditions. I'm perimenopausal and have hypothyroid, so I listed those. The form also includes a body map of areas to focus on or to avoid.
Donna was absolutely incredible in focusing in on everything that I wrote on the form, confirming several times about pressure being okay, and asked if I wanted to try the hot stones. Prior to my appointment, I had read that they can help with perimenopausal issues, so I said yes. Best decision I made outside booking the appointment. To say I felt muscle and tension relief is an understatement. I felt like my perimenopause pulled an Elvis and left the building.
After the massage ended, I moved slower than a turtle, but in the best way. I honestly haven't felt this great since my 20s. Donna made sure the massage was what I needed and even had water waiting for me.
My last massage was at a franchise location and they didn't even come close what Top Thai Yoga did for my chronic neck and upper back pain. They barely hit a 2 while Top Thai knocked it beyond a 10.
I slept better than I have in years, with no neck pain and without those pesky night sweats perimenopause likes to bring. I also could feel the chill of the AC, which perimenopause like to keep from us. One thing that I learned before booking the appointment is massage can help perimenopause with increased circulation, which can help with several symptoms including hot flashes. I also learnt that heated stones help with perimenopause symptoms. 24 hours later I can testify both certainly did help with what I'm experiencing through perimenopause.
If you are looking for a top quality, clean, and quiet massage to treat yourself with, please consider Top Thai Yoga Massage.
Final note: tip well. Massage therapist are using all of their strength and energy to make you feel better. It is an extremely physical process for them and one to be appreciated...
Read moreThis deep tissue massage is not for the weak. It can be pretty painful (depending on how tight your muscles are) but while it may be painful during the massage, the after effects are so worth it. Considering how stiff and knotted up my back was, it's a miracle the massage therapist was able to loosen it all up. The therapist really dug into the muscles and really worked into them with a lot of force to get my muscles straightened out. After the massage my back felt so much better, and I felt much better physically and mentally. Since excessive back tension can cause you to be more agitated and uptight, loosening the muscles definitely calmed and relaxed me quite a bit and overall put me in a much better and happier mood. Definitely if you're having back muscle issues or really any muscle issues, a visit...

Prices are very reasonable for a good strong massage. They also don't charge extra for deep/strong pressure which I appreciate. I like a very deep massage and this place delivered.
My masseuse today was Daisy and she was amazing. We only had 60 minutes so I asked her to focus only on my problem areas of my back. She did exactly what I needed and worked out all the knots in my lower back. Her pressure was perfect and she knew exactly where I needed some extra attention.
I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.
They also offer a discount for cash payment so bring cash! ...
