This deep tissue massage is not for the weak. It can be pretty painful (depending on how tight your muscles are) but while it may be painful during the massage, the after effects are so worth it. Considering how stiff and knotted up my back was, it's a miracle the massage therapist was able to loosen it all up. The therapist really dug into the muscles and really worked into them with a lot of force to get my muscles straightened out. After the massage my back felt so much better, and I felt much better physically and mentally. Since excessive back tension can cause you to be more agitated and uptight, loosening the muscles definitely calmed and relaxed me quite a bit and overall put me in a much better and happier mood. Definitely if you're having back muscle issues or really any muscle issues, a visit here is due.
