ADMITTED TO NEGLIGENTLY AND POTENTIALLY ILLEGALLY HANDLING MY PRIVATE DATA
The female assistant floor manager whose name starts with an “A” at the Santa Cruz location is one of the most unprofessional people in the cannabis industry that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After I called because someone appears to be using my account with my phone number to shop at their stores and I get alerted by text message after they shop (several times in the past months) I was told by the guy who answered the phone that he would get his manager—she started off with a belligerent tone then talked over me after she asked me to explain the issue . I hung up on her because she obviously wasn’t interested in being a decent person, let alone a decent person to someone who the company she works for has mishandled my private information.
The guy who answered the phone admitted that “we don’t always check the phone number when we’re ringing someone up” — this is EXTREMELY PROBLEMATIC FOR OBVIOUS REASONS
I will try reaching out to the actual company instead of their dispensary locations but just know that this place will handle your personal information negligently and when you call to try and resolve it you’re likely going to be met with a jerk of a “manager” who doesn’t care about the integrity of their job or how they choose to speak to other people.
Female manager named A, whoever you are, it’s people like you who make it harder for everyone else in the industry to be...
Read moreMy first time visiting California (due to an immediate family members rapid decline with dementia) I decided to visit a weed store my last day , so I would have something to bring home.
I got a pre roll, and splurged on a tincture.
When I opened the tinctures plastic wrapper the blotter immediately fell on the ground due to a defective lid / child proof cap.
Seeing on the receipt it says u can exchange up to 30 days I decided to take it back
I tried to exchange it because it can't shut and explained to them how I have a 2 year old, and need something I can shut.
the manager told me to get something from cvs and that it wasn't broken and implied that I broke it. Than she got an attitude with me for bringing the product into the store (idk how els to make a return).
She said it wasn't broken because I could take it all now if I wanted, and that it's not there problem.
The manager was very rude , short tempered , and confusing.
Before the manager came out the employees told me it would "definitely be no problem, because she clearly sees what's wrong"
On the bright side on my original trip the cashier was very helpful and nice.
After a long emotional trip I was excited for this , but it is...

The following has nothing to do with my experience with my purchase assistant.
The man is sticking it to us pot user's. As long as the government gets it fee it's business as usual. I've been a user of THC products for 54 years. There are so many more ways to get sideways on THC and CBD products then even a few year's ago let alone 50+ years ago. Now there are more flavors then a Baskin Robbins! Mixing the strains everyone want to come up with another " Blue Dream" and hit it rich.
All I can say is back in the late 1970's, early 1980's Humboldt weed was $5000 a pound.
We had Humboldt indica in '72-73 that could tranquilize a horse. Sativa was abundant but that was it. Like having two channels before cable. Now it's chaos out in the pot plains. Too many choices and too many strains. That's just my opinion. After more than 50 years of THC/CBD consumption, I'm no expert, that's why I rely on your guidance in making a purchase.
Thanks for the...
