AppleCore Computers — Attraction in Santa Fe

In March 2018 my 2009 27 inch IMAC screen went black. I couldn't get it to work so I yelped computer repair in Santa Fe and noticed Apple Core. I hadn't ever used them but they had all positive reviews, which is close to impossible to find. I gave them a call and the owner Daniel answered. I told him the issue and he thought it might be the graphics card. I brought it in and he was going to give it a complimentary once over. Within no more then a day Daniel called and said he did a thorough trouble shoot and that my hard drive was failing. My computer is not 9 years old so I figured it was going to break down eventually. In the end he suggested a solid state drive and explained the reasoning. It was more expensive then the basic hard drive but said it would turn my computer into a fast machine. I trusted he was right and had him install the more expensive drive. His pricing seemed fair and I must say now my computer runs much better/faster! I'm a happy customer, thanks...

I am so glad I found Apple Core! My mackbook pro was failing so I stopped in the MAC store to try and get it fixed only for them to tell me i had to schedule an appoint online with the genius bar. After waiting a whole week just for my appointment 3 technicians said there was nothing they could to and tried to sell me a $2000 computer. They were extremely rude and the customer service was horrible. I then took it to a couple of other computer stores just for them to tell me the same thing. Then i did some research and found Apple core. The reviews i read were amazing so i decided to take my computer there. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with exceptional customer service. Daniel was able to do a complementary diagnostic immediately. He found that all my computer needed was a replaced hard drive. I spent only a fraction of what i would've at the Mac store! I am extremely grateful for Daniel's honesty, efficiency and hospitality! More people need to know...

Daniel is fully knowledge about all things Mac and has an impressive array of refurbished Mac products for those recognizing that the newest and latest is not always the greatest. I got my teenage sons refurbished MacBook Airs for a great price and he had them fully loaded and ready to go upon pick up. Boys are thrilled. But even more impressively, Daniel talked me out of trying to fix my own keyboard explaining how keyboards have evolved, how difficult they are to fix, and how unreliable that fix is. No, he did not sell me a whole new computer instead, he just gave me knowledge to figure out how I wanted to proceed myself. It's great to have this resource in Santa Fe, especially for those of you who have not been pleased...
