We booked a one bedroom condo at this resort for the end of October 2023. The location of the facility right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe was very convenient. When we arrived after regular office hours, we were able to get our key from the lockbox, but we had a difficult time locating our unit, We found it by exiting the main part of the second floor onto the courtyard patio. Our unit was right off of the patio, which made it very private. It was quite cold when we were there so there was no one sunning themselves on the patio or using the grills.||||The bed and the living room furniture were comfortable. The kitchen setup was sufficient for two people, which is the capacity of our unit. I do wish that timeshare kitchens included a pizza pan and pizza cutter, but none that we have stayed at so far has had them. It could use two potholders. || There was only one. Otherwise, there were sufficient kitchen tools. Figuring out how to turn on the heat was a bit tricky. Instructions were posted on the wall next to the thermostat, but I wasn't really sure I was doing it correctly, but we did get heat so I guess I did it right.||||The unit was decorated with a southwestern theme, which is what one would expect in Santa Fe. ||||There is a little variety store on the next block, and the shopping district (art, clothing, jewelry, souveniers, etc.) is around the corner, but there is no actual grocery store within walking distance. Museums and art galleries are a 15 minute walk away.||||Over all, it is a very nice place to stay in...
Read moreOtra Vez is located at a great location, walking distance to the main square, no need to have a car if you're dining or shopping in town, going to museums or take a stroll along the river. Housekeeping is great, our unit was very clean. Suzanne at the office is very knowledgeable about the area. She suggested many good places for us to eat and visit, much better than researching online. We used the coin laundry, it was very convenient. We liked how they stocked coffee, sugar, salt & pepper in the kitchen. Couple of days during our stay, it started to snow so we decided to use the fireplace. There were plenty of fire logs in the bin for us to use, made our evening cozy and romantic!||Here are some things we thought Otra Vez can improve: The main thing we didn't enjoy was the living room sofa. The cushions were so soft, and saggy. When we sat down, we could feel the front frame of the sofa cutting into our legs. We wished they had half & half in the refrigerator, all they supplied were flavored creamer which we're not a fan of. We also wished they had tea bags besides coffee, like chamomile tea for evenings.||Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would stay there again when...
